Dispatch & Delivery
All orders received will be dispatched next day (excluding Sundays and Bank/Statutory Holidays). This is subject to availability.

UK Deliveries
For our UK customers, your order will be shipped using Royal Mail First Class or Special Delivery depending on which shipping service you select. UK delivery includes England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales, together with Channel Islands, and the Highlands and Islands of Scotland.

Delivery days means normal working days Monday to Friday, excludes Bank/Statutory Holidays. Whilst Royal Mail deliver on Saturdays this is not guaranteed, customers expecting such should do so under this understanding.

We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays. If your order is required by a specific date we recommend you select the Royal Mail Special Delivery option when ordering.

International Deliveries
We deliver to most destinations worldwide.

When items are sent to another country, your parcel is often handled by more than one postal service. When we send a parcel abroad, the actual delivery of the item will be the responsibility of the postal service in the country the items are going to. Delays can often be caused by customs checks, which can sometimes take up to 1-2 weeks.

Late and Lost Deliveries
Any order discrepancies relating to missing/lost items must be reported to us in writing via email at least after seven working days have passed from the time your order was dispatched.

We cannot replace lost items until 15 working days after the date of dispatch (25 working days for international items) - this is when Royal Mail classes items as being lost.

Items not received but tracked as being delivered - This frequently happens when items are delivered to places of work. In some cases, your item might have been delivered to a post room or colleague within your company and someone else will have signed for it. In these cases, you can request a proof of delivery certificate from the Royal Mail website www.royalmail.com by filling in a signature request form.

Please note that we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to a secure address.

Supernova Scarves Limited cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost or delayed in transit.

Free Delivery
Unless you have selected an alternative shipping method, your order will be dispatched using standard Royal Mail First Class shipping that typically takes 1-3 business days from the shipping date to arrive.



Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Supernova Scarves Limited reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following:

  •     The product ordered being unavailable from stock;
  •     Our inability to obtain authorisation of payment;
  •     The identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion.



Payment Options
We accept payment through PayPal. This allows us to guarantee that every transaction you make on our site will be 100% secure.

The total cost of the order is the price of the products ordered plus the delivery charge. Payment is required before any goods are dispatched.

All goods remain the property of Supernova Scarves Limited until full payment has been received. We try to ensure that all items displayed are readily available, although Supernova Scarves Limited cannot guarantee online availability.

We reserve the right to refuse an order should we be unable to agree arrangements, price, delivery schedule and conditions.

Paypal
We are pleased to accept payment through PayPal, the trusted leader in online payments. PayPal enables buyers  to send money online, safely and privately, and with no fee. Your shopping cart is submitted to PayPal when you finish your order. You then sign in and pay for your order using their trusted and secure payment gateway. And don't worry, if you don't have (or want) a PayPal account, you can do a once off credit card payment (from within the Paypal site). When you use Paypal, your financial information is never shared with merchant.

Product Information
We take all reasonable measures to ensure that details, descriptions of products given on this website are as accurate as possible. But there may be variations between these and the products themselves. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published, including price and promotions.

All sizes and measurements are approximate, however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. Also colour variations are likely to occur due to the nature of natural materials used.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

All goods are subject to availability. In the unlikely occurrence that a product you have ordered becomes out of stock or not readily available which may delay the fulfilling of your order, we will notify you as soon as possible by email and provide an estimated time for dispatch. You are entitled to choose either to wait until the item arrives back in stock, or to cancel your order.

The display of any item on our website is not an offer to sell and Supernova Scarves Limited shall be under no obligation to supply the products ordered through this website. If you place an order, this will be your offer to purchase the items from us. We will acknowledge your order as soon as possible but will be under no obligation to supply the products ordered unless we have the products in stock and they are available at the prices specified.



Returns and Refunds
We hope you will be happy with any product purchased from our website, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we guarantee to refund or exchange any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in an unused, undamaged condition in the original packaging with all brand tags still attached. Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment.  Your return should be received by us within 14 days of purchase.  We offer an extended time frame for returns during the Christmas period and purchases made on or after 25th November  may be returned for an exchange/refund provided they are received by us by 10 January.  A full refund, excluding delivery costs, will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods. We will notify you of your refund via email once processed.

We reserve the right to refuse a returned product if reasonable care has not been taken to maintain the same condition in which it was received, or if it has been washed, used, contains smells such as perfume, smoke, etc, has been marked or is dirty, or which have not been returned to Supernova Scarves Limited in line with the specified return procedure.

If you received free shipping on your order, and decide to return or exchange your whole order, the actual delivery charge we incurred will be deducted from your refund amount. The purpose of this is to defray unnecessary shipping costs and to allow us to offer the lowest prices possible.

In the unlikely event you receive a damaged or faulty product,  we must be notified within 7 days from receipt of goods. We will not accept claims for goods received as faulty after this period. Faulty products will be replaced or refunded as required. Faulty items returned will be inspected, and if found not faulty will be returned to you at your own cost. We will not accept extra charges for courier services or guaranteed next day services for faulty items returned.

If you are returning an item to us for an exchange or a refund (other than for defective items or items delivered incorrectly by us) will be at your own expense. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we would advise you to return items by recorded delivery.  

Supernova Scarves Limited is unable to accept any responsibility whatsoever for items that fail to reach us when proof of postage has not been obtained by the customer, and in this instance no refund will be issued, and it is the customer's sole responsibility to file a claim with Royal Mail for the missing item.

Your original postage costs will not be refunded unless the item you received was sent in error or is faulty (providing we are notified of faults within 7 days of receipt).

Returns received outside the 14 day time frame are accepted at the discretion of Supernova Scarves Limited and can only be exchanged providing the goods have been returned unused.

Exchanges
If you have changed your mind and would like an exchange, please contact us. If the exchange item is greater in price than the original we will charge you the difference, and similarly if the exchange item is lower in price than the original we will refund you the difference. You will be responsible for paying the current delivery charge for sending the exchange item to you. Please note our Return Policy also applies.

To Cancel an Order
In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations EU customers have seven working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase. You are entitled to cancel your order for a full refund, excluding the cost of delivery.

You are responsible for returning the goods to us before a refund can be given. We will refund the cost of the goods (though not the delivery costs) within 28 days of return, providing the goods have been returned unused, undamaged and remain in a re-saleable condition.

Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order number, within 7 working days of the day after you receive the goods. Please do so by emailing us.
